Key Holder

About the role

NOBULL is seeking a part‑time Key Holder to support and operate its pop‑up retail store in the Seaport, Boston, MA. The temporary position runs from September 24, 2026 through January 31, 2027. The role involves providing excellent client service, driving sales, and embodying the NOBULL brand while working with a team of entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and creatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NOBULL’s corporate team to plan and execute the set‑up and opening of the retail store location
• Support local marketing initiatives and community events in collaboration with NOBULL’s corporate team
• Train and manage a staff of full‑ and part‑time retail associates
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain product displays
• Support inventory management and restocking
• Achieve and support storewide sales objectives
• Manage staff scheduling, sales operations, and other day‑to‑day operations
• Provide expert product knowledge and embody NOBULL’s enthusiasm and brand values

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related prior experience in retail supervision
• Ability to multi‑task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent people skills – ability to relate to and engage people
• Ability to lift 10‑30 lb. boxes
• Strong self‑starter, ability to work independently, self‑manage time and priorities
• Demonstrated interest in fitness, training, or performance‑oriented lifestyles, with the ability to engage authentically with customers and represent NOBULL’s brand values
• Excited to introduce the NOBULL mentality into the community through brand awareness and community events
