About the role

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will advise customers to maximize sales potential, assist with store operations, and contribute to a memorable shopping experience. This is a permanent, part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products.
• Answer questions, explain product features (quality, materials, technical aspects), and suggest complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of store managers.
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and backstore.
• Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow and apply policies and procedures from head office departments.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Passion for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (e.g., lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Strong customer service skills, including listening to and addressing customer needs.
• Proactive, conscientious, and open to working holidays or extended hours during busy periods.
• Interest in a career with continuous new challenges.
• Functional bilingualism (an asset).

Pay

Hourly salary: $15.75 - $18.00.
