As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. You’ll handle sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, register duties, and at times, opening or closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow the SUGARTAINMENT customer engagement model.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and meets visual standards.
• Operate the POS/register to cash out customers.
• Achieve sales goals by suggesting additional products and explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, and value.
• Maintain store cash handling records.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Understand and communicate Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures.
• Handle operational responsibilities including sales floor, backroom, and restroom maintenance, cleaning, and mopping.
• Embody core values: positivity, playfulness, presence, and being a difference maker.
• Display enthusiasm and cheerfulness while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
