As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand through exceptional service, sales, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with requests and inquiries, following the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and meets visual standards.
• Operate the POS/register to properly cash out customers.
• Achieve sales goals by assisting customers with specific items and suggesting additional products, explaining benefits, features, prices, and value.
• Support store operations, including maintaining cash handling records and performing opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines and assist in setting up special events and promotions.
• Understand and communicate all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures to the Store Manager.
• Perform operational responsibilities such as sales floor, backroom, and restroom maintenance, including cleaning and mopping.
• Embody and represent core values: positivity, playfulness, presence, and being a difference maker.
• Display enthusiasm and cheerfulness while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs. and lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
