Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and share in-depth information on product features and benefits with customers and team members.
• Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

Pay

Average total pay ranges from $11.80 to $21.80+ per hour, consisting of an hourly base pay plus an uncapped tiered commission structure based on meeting sales goals. Additional incentives such as SPIFFs are available, and employees receive generous discounts on all products. The first five shifts are paid at base rate only to allow focus on learning.

This position can be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or equivalent retail role.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Self‑starter mentality delivering outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
