Key Responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Aid in managing daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer service.
• Supervise and lead store associates during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the management team in implementing store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge related to retail operations.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience: Previous experience with cash handling and managing store operations.
• Familiarity: Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
