Responsibilities
- Direct client annual review process
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to manage client business planning, forecasting, annual reviews, and joint business planning
- Leverage insights to develop category review presentations and promotional planning
- Actively manage and develop strategic annual plans for clients
- Lead all issue resolution activities with client systems
- Identify and address overspend and/or spending shortfalls
- Work with relevant KAMs to resolve issues, using insights and data to recommend improvements
- Suggest strategic actions and guide client promo planning activities
Qualifications
- Expertise within client systems and platforms
- Knowledge of client products, brands, SKUs, pricing, and promotional plans
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
