Key Account Specialist (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Razor Rents is seeking a Key Account Specialist to support and grow customer partnerships within the Oil & Gas division. This role combines account management, business development, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts
• Build long-term relationships within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand rentals within existing accounts
• Cookordination with operations and service teams to ensure customer success
• Recommend equipment solutions based on customer needs
• Support customer satisfaction through strong communication and follow-through
• Track account activity, opportunities, and market trends

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, account management, rental, industrial, or Oil & Gas experience preferred
• Self-motivated and organized with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Acceptable Driving Record

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicable software
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization
• Integrity- maintain a high level of integrity in your actions and words
