Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provide customer support for delivery status updatesTeam Player who builds relationships with internal and external customersPrimary customer contact for order management and expeditingWork with other functions to manage the customer orders, expedite orders, and recover late ordersManage expectations between customers and TMS on lead times, expedites requests, and product availabilityWork with appropriate resources to improve processesManage customer portalsManage customer scorecardsReport to upper management on account on time delivery status, quality score, and customer disposition Qualifications/Requirements Positive can-do attitudeOrganized and personableStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate with customers and coworkersPromote positive team atmosphereFamiliar with ERP systems – preferably OracleExperience working in a manufacturing environment a plusMinimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service Times Microwave Systems is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
