Key Account Manager US, Mass and Club Channel
About the role
The Key Account Manager, US Club & Mass is responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic account development, channel strategy execution, and commercial excellence across key U.S. retail partners including Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, and other assigned accounts. This role develops joint business plans, identifies new business opportunities, executes assortment and promotional strategies, and delivers best-in-class omnichannel execution to support sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion. The position serves as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure flawless execution and strong retailer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day commercial management of assigned national retail accounts including Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, and other strategic partners
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans aligned to revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, merchants, planners, and marketing stakeholders
- Lead line reviews, joint business planning, quarterly business reviews, assortment presentations, and new product launch discussions
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve merchandising, unlock incremental revenue, and strengthen retailer partnerships
- Possess the ability to prospect and develop new retail and channel growth opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Develop SKU-level forecasts and support monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning activities
- Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to support inventory planning and retailer execution
- Drive promotional planning, seasonal programs, merchandising initiatives, and omnichannel execution across in-store and online channels
- Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, pricing, promotions, and profitability to identify growth opportunities and business risks
- Utilize retailer POS reporting, syndicated data, and business intelligence tools to develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, eCommerce, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure best-in-class retailer execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 6–8+ years of experience in National Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership
- Proven experience managing large U.S. retail accounts such as Costco, Walmart, or Sam's Club
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail including brick-and-mortar and retailer.com environments
- Experience with pricing strategy, promotional planning, assortment management, and profitability optimization
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills with experience using retailer data and business intelligence tools
- Experience with retailer portals, Power BI, Tableau, syndicated data, or similar reporting platforms preferred
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment

Pay
This role's pay range is between: $97,584/yr - $120,980/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
