Requirements
- 3-5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Proven track record in both new business (hunter) and account management (farmer) roles
- Strong experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
- Experience engaging IT stakeholders (IT Managers, SysAdmins, Security teams, Infrastructure leaders)
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Strong forecasting discipline and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, longer sales cycles
- Excellent discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter with a "go-getter" mentality and high level of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
