Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly qualified Customer Manager, Sam’s Club to support the Commercial team. This role involves leading and developing annual sales plans for Tropicana Brands Group at Sam’s Club, as well as launching and accelerating growth across the Club and Ambient categories.
- Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Maximize profitability through strong customer relationships
- Identify and capitalize on profitable growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance TBG’s position with the customer
- Manage annual operating plans and supply chain processes
- Plan and execute major projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sam’s Club merchants
- Deliver against financial goals and anticipate and resolve business issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
- Minimum 3 years of fact-based direct selling experience
- Previous working experience with Sam’s Club or Walmart
- Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Strong PC skills, especially on PowerPoint and Excel
