Key Account Manager, Club Channel
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and business activities with Costco buyers and merchandising teams.
- Support the development and execution of annual account plans and joint business planning initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, and sales performance.
- Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, and performance updates.
- Partner with sales leadership on buyer meetings, line reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage promotional planning and execution, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales budgets and account reporting.
- Deliver regular business performance updates and recommendations to management.
- Utilize data and analytics to support customer discussions and drive informed decision-making.
- Identify process improvements that enhance account performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or customer development.
- Experience managing national retail accounts; specifically, Costco or other club channel retailers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer performance data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Must reside within commuting distance of Bellevue.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, consumer health, or related durable goods categories.
- Familiarity with joint business planning, assortment planning, and promotional management.
- Experience working within a global organization.

Pay
The base salary pay range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
