Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the strategic relationship with a major Service Provider in the US.
- Oversee pre-sales activities including preparation for RFPs, networking the account, and positioning Sagemcom for new and future opportunities.
- Handle post-sales activities including maximizing sales, and coordinating with supply chain and reverse logistics stakeholders.
- Participate in engineering and marketing initiatives for running products.
- Establish sales forecasts, revenue, and delivery quantities for all clients.
- Create a network with various client contacts (decision-makers, prescribers, and users).
- Develop offers to meet client needs by coordinating with internal stakeholders (product managers, industrials, legal, financial, etc.).
- Implement the commercial strategy based on orientations and roadmaps defined by the Business Unit.
- Conduct negotiations (price increases, exchange rates, etc.).
- Ensure the conformity of commercial offers with client needs and the Department's offer.
- Participate in the development of the commercial strategy for the assigned area and ensure its implementation.
- Provide regular reporting on the progress of offers and business to the hierarchical manager.
- Validate sales terms and price levels with the Commercial Director and/or Department Director.
- Interface with local and cross-functional sales teams, and if necessary, supervise a salesperson.
- Prospect: identify potential clients, client contacts, and potential partners.
- Develop the client portfolio: establish the client offer, negotiate, and close sales.
Requirements
- Previous account management experience, ideally with some knowledge of the targeted account.
