About the role
Sagemcom is seeking candidates with previous account management experience, preferably with knowledge of the targeted accounts. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, independent, enjoy travel, and bring creativity to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and account performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Monitor account performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements
- Previous account management experience
- Knowledge of the targeted account (optional but preferred)
