Key Account Manager

About the role

You will support our team as a Key Account Manager in Farmington Hills, MI with a hybrid work model. We are looking for proactive and entrepreneurial team players who are curious and motivated to grow. At Vibracoustic, you will enjoy a safe and collaborative environment and global opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer product sales development to support revenue growth.
• Develop and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations across product groups ensuring profitability and alignment with business unit goals.
• Lead and contribute to regional sales planning and KPIs.
• Lead, guide and manage regional Account Managers on the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering.
• Strong product and solution selling experience in Automotive.
• 5-10 years experience gained in automotive Tier1 supplier with extended negotiation experience.
• Experience in development/cooperation with OEM.
• Mechanical Engineer education be a plus.
• Experience in Automotive AVS be a plus.
