About the role

Mycronic USA is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for managing key accounts within the North American market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Manage sales opportunities and ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer management
  • Proven track record of successful account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
