About the role
Mycronic USA is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for managing key accounts within the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Manage sales opportunities and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer management
- Proven track record of successful account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
