As Key Account Manager Americas, you will drive growth across key accounts, owning relationships, sales performance, and strategic development within your portfolio.
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships, delivering against ambitious sales targets, and shaping the future growth of Stokke across your region.
Main Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth
- Own and grow key accounts, driving sales performance and strengthening relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build long-term partnerships and expand Stokke’s footprint across accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Performance
- Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and joint business plans.
- Provide clear, actionable sales reporting and insights to guide decisions.
- Collaboration & Commercial Execution
- Partner with internal teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with marketing on product growth initiatives.
- Analysis & Forecasting
- Evaluate pricing, competition, and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Forecast sales volumes and profitability across existing and new products.
- Drive co-op planning and performance reviews with accounts.
The Ideal Profile
- Commercial & Results-Driven: You thrive on driving growth, delivering targets, and creating impact through strong account management.
- Collaborative & Influential: You build strong partnerships internally and externally, aligning stakeholders to achieve shared success.
- Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with retailer systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
