Responsible for expanding key accounts within the Resorts Casino network, focusing on increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer service
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and gaming industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Travel required up to 50%
