Duties & Responsibilities
- Being the tip of the spear in communications with leads and clients while possessing a general understanding of cloud computing and network infrastructure
- Making outbound phone calls/emails/remote communication tools to leads who are interested in Zenlayer products
- Providing information on Zenlayer products on console and selling our products and services
- Nurturing leads from initial registration until the service is delivered and passed onto the post-sale support team (GSC)
- Performing additional tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree with 2-5 years of sales experience in cloud computing, web hosting, or similar companies
- Strong communication, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Passion about tech sales career development
- Ability to adapt to different and challenging situations
- Positive and upbeat personality to represent the company and build rapport
