KENTUCKY TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Written Premium Volume/New Business Applications
- Accident Year Loss/ALAE Ratio (Includes IBNR)
- Agency Profitability & Growth Goals
- Selling Techniques
- Agency Critical Data Collection in ACT
- Sales Calls/Strategic Call Routing and Reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience
- Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.
- Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Prefers strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Cognos and ACT. Knowledge of AS400 helpful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate must be based in Kentucky
