Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring they receive proper food, exercise, and attention.
- Monitor the behavior and habits of pets in your care, promptly reporting any unusual health concerns to the medical team.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the resort, including kennel areas, runs, and outside grounds.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the resort by managing inventory and collaborating with the team to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare.
- A reliable and hardworking nature, capable of handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- The physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physically active roles.
- Previous experience as a kennel assistant is preferred.
- A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
