Responsibilities
- Create reliable, well-coordinated AutoCAD drawings in all phases of design and documentation, under supervision.
- Coach and mentor junior staff.
- Concentrate on multiple projects and prioritize efforts.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Work in a dynamic design environment.
Requirements
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably on custom residential projects.
- Architectural license or working towards professional licensure.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and create reliable, well-coordinated AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience with client, consultant, and contractor interactions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Licensed architect or working towards licensure.
- Exceptional design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with client, consultant, and contractor interactions.

Pay
The hiring salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by the candidate's skills, education, and experience as assessed during the interview process.
