The role
Earl May Garden Center is seeking part-time garden center sales associates for their Kearney, Nebraska location.
Responsibilities
- Have high energy and a positive attitude
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a self-starter

- Have strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Be sales-driven
- Have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Be able to work variable hours/shifts
- Have a valid driver’s license
Requirements
- Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate
