About the role

The ideal candidate will have high energy and a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, strong decision-making and leadership skills, be sales-driven, have previous experience working in a retail or service environment, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be able to work variable hours/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products
• Answer questions about products and services
• Handle cash transactions
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience (optional)
• Previous management, sales, and landscape design experience (optional for full-time positions)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
