About the role

As an Associate at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice. You will work alongside a dedicated and diverse team to define and implement strategies that deliver both short-term results and long-term competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

• Insightful and inquisitive problem-solvers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Functional experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Strategy, Quality, Operations/Production, Maintenance, Digital Manufacturing, Engineering/Continuous Improvement, or Shop floor experience.
• Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
• Fully fluent in English.
• An MBA degree is preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant is strongly preferred.
• Approximately 50-80% travel based on client and business needs.

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields will also be considered.

Pay

Base Salary (post MBA): $188,000 - $194,000
Base Salary (without MBA): $157,000
Discretionary performance bonus may also be available.

Schedule

Approximately 50-80% travel based on client and business needs.
