About the Role
As an Associate at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice. - Functional day-to-day planning (e.g., demand, supply, inventory, capacity)

- Rough cut capacity planning
- Inventory Management
- SIOP/S&OP Design, Implementation, and Execution
- End-to-End (E2E) Planning Transformation
- Implementation or management of planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM)
Requirements
- Located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC
- Fluent in English
- MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience; other relevant Master’s degrees will be considered
- Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus
Pay
Associate Base Salary (post-MBA): $188,000 - $194,000. Candidates without an MBA will be considered for a base salary of $157,000. Under exceptional circumstances, non-MBA candidates may be considered for a base salary of $188,000. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, office location, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
