What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end Kanban flow system (not just the board)
- Lead replenishment sessions and drive MoSCoW prioritization
- Define and enforce WIP limits, intake policies, and flow discipline
- Act as the intake gatekeeper for internal stakeholder teams
- Maintain strong Azure DevOps (ADO) usage and hygiene
- Partner with peer teams to balance demand vs. capacity
- Use flow metrics to identify risks and improve system health
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years running a live, production Kanban system with full ownership
- Experience beyond admin work—you’ve designed and evolved the system
- Solid understanding of platform/infrastructure environments (cloud, pipelines, observability, deployments)
- Strong ability to push back, prioritize, and negotiate with peers
