About the role
The Hawaii State Department of Education seeks a 7th and 8th grade Special Education Teacher, Science Co-Teach. This position requires a valid Special Education license from the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education license from the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board.
- Special education classroom experience in a K-12 school setting.
- Desired knowledge: Plan and facilitate IEP meetings; exercise independent and professional judgment; maintain an effective work pace under pressure; grasp new concepts quickly and apply them effectively; work effectively with others.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit upon hire.

Pay
