About the role
As a Pet Care Technician at K9 Resorts, you will be integral to providing exceptional care for dogs in a luxurious, stress-free environment.Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Supervise daycare playgroups and ensure safe, positive interactions.
- Monitor dog health, behavior, and safety and report concerns immediately.
- Clean and disinfect suites and common areas to brand standards.
- Assist with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines.
- Deliver a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent.
- Support team operations and maintain a strong, positive culture.
Requirements
- Genuine love for dogs (non-negotiable).
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Comfortable getting “down and dirty” with cleaning and pet care tasks.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
