About the role
The role is responsible for providing educational leadership and support to Catholic schools within the network.
Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Mentor and coach school leaders
- Facilitate professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with school staff to enhance student learning outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership
- Experience working in a Catholic school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in education or related field preferred
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Catholic educational principles and practices
