We need to extract substantive info: Salary: 54,389.14 (presumably annual). Schedule: Full-time (but also mention mandatory overtime, nights, holidays, weekends). Benefits: mention comprehensive benefits suite, but no specifics; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "Comprehensive Benefits When you embark on a career with the Commonwealth, you are offered an outstanding suite of employee benefits that add to the overall value of your compensation package. We take pride in providing a work experience that supports you, your loved ones, and your future. Want the specifics? Explore our Employee Benefits and Rewards!" That's vague but still states that benefits are offered. It's not specific details, but it's stating that benefits exist. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits exist (though vague). So we can include a Benefits section with that statement. However we should avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is not filler; it's stating benefits exist. So we can include Benefits with for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections that have real specific content.
We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe Minimum Age, education, driver's license, certifications, background checks, etc). Qualifications (maybe the list of capabilities: rapport, stress interaction, decision-making, communication, flexibility, take direction). Skills (maybe strong written and verbal communication, etc). But there is overlap. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But headings are prescribed; we can choose to include only those we have substantive content for. We could include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including age, education, driver's license, certifications, background check, screening), Skills (including communication, rapport, decision-making, flexibility, ability to take direction), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
describing that. Pay: we have a specific salary number: 54,389.14. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have schedule info: Full-time, 24/7 facility, required to work nights, holidays, weekends, forced overtime, mandatory overtime. So we can include Schedule section. Now sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and other requirements like age, education, driver's license, certifications), Qualifications (maybe education/licensure?), Skills (maybe communication, rapport, decision-making, etc). But we need to avoid thin sections. We can combine some. We need to use headings:
