Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, youth, and authorized personnel while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government juvenile services location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals according to established facility procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate facility personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Control access to restricted areas, receive and document deliveries, and report unauthorized
