About the role
Justice-Involvement Case Managers are needed to provide support and guidance to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document client needs
- Develop and implement individualized case plans
- Mentor and coach clients towards self-sufficiency
- Coordinate services with other community agencies
- Advocate for clients’ rights and interests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Licenses/certifications in relevant fields (optional)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of social service systems
- Understanding of criminal justice system
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively
