Justice Involved Supervisor
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse content.
First paragraph: "Empowering Wellness, Transforming Lives Optima Medical Management Group is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life by promoting wellness. At Optima MMG and all of its divisions: Serene Health, Community Support, and American TrueCare, our mission is to provide comprehensive support and care that not only addresses immediate concerns but also fosters long-term well-being. That's about the organization; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the job. But we have a "Job Summary:" section later. So we could treat the initial mission as "About the organization" but not a required heading. The instructions say use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where applicable.
We have:
- Job Summary: The Justice-Involved (JI) Supervisor provides direct leadership, mentorship, and assists with operational oversight to a team of JI Lead Care Managers (LCM) supporting justice-involved individuals under the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centered care through proactive team development, rigorous quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and robust cross-sector community partnerships.
That's a summary; could go under "About the role".
- Supervisory Responsibilities: bullet list.
- Duties/Responsibilities: another list.
We can combine supervisory responsibilities and duties/responsibilities into a "Responsibilities" section (list). Ensure we preserve all details.
- Education and Experience: list of requirements.
- Required Skills/Abilities: list.
- Physical Requirements: list.
- Pay range: "$30 USD - $34.50 USD"
- Benefits: list.
- Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create a Schedule section.
- Qualifications: maybe Education and Experience could be under Qualifications. But we have both Education and Experience and Required Skills/Abilities. The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping.
We could have:
- About the role (Job Summary)
- Responsibilities (Supervisory Responsibilities + Duties/Responsibilities)
- Qualifications (Education and Experience)
- Skills (Required Skills/Abilities)
- Benefits
- Pay
We could also include Requirements as separate but maybe combine with Qualifications. Since we have both Education and Experience and Skills, we can put Education/Experience under Qualifications, and Skills under Skills. Requirements could be omitted or we could put Physical Requirements under Requirements? But the heading list includes Requirements as a possible section. However we have Physical Requirements separate; we could treat that as Requirements. But we also have Education and Experience which could be Qualifications. Let's see typical usage: Requirements often include education, experience, licenses. Qualifications could be similar. But we have both; we can decide to put Education and Experience under Qualifications, and Physical Requirements under Requirements (or maybe under Qualifications as well). However we must not create empty sections. We have content for Physical Requirements, so we can make a Requirements section for that.
But we also have Education and Experience which is definitely qualification. So we can have Qualifications section for Education and Experience.
Skills section for Required Skills/Abilities.
Benefits section.
Pay section.
We should not include Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove those.
Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Assist with onboarding new hires in coordination with the JI Program Manager." appears both in Supervisory Responsibilities and Duties/Responsibilities? Actually Supervisory Responsibilities includes "Assist in designing and implementing tailored onboarding, ongoing professional development, and core competency training for JI LCM staff with the support of the JI Program Manager." and Duties/Responsibilities includes "Assist with onboarding new hires in coordination with the JI Program Manager." Slightly different but similar. We'll keep both as they are distinct.
Now produce HTML.

We must not include any extra text. Ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any boilerplate left: we removed EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also removed "Equal Employment Opportunity" and "Pre-Employment" sections. Good. Check for duplicated lines: we kept all. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Check for any missing info: The initial mission paragraph about Optima MMG is not included anywhere. Should we include it? It's substantive info about the organization. The instructions say preserve ALL substantive information. We omitted that introductory paragraph. We need to include it somewhere. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". But headings list does not include "About the organization". However we could include it under About the role as a preamble before the Job Summary. The About the role section could contain both the organizational description and the job summary. That would preserve the info. Thus modify About the roleto include both paragraphs. Let's combine:
Optima Medical Management Group is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life by promoting wellness. At Optima MMG and all of its divisions: Serene Health, Community Support
