About the role
We’re a 2-person team with extensive experience in SaaS scale-ups, building the future of tax advisory. After several iterations, we spotted the potential of large language models to semantically understand our fiscal system and revolutionize every aspect of the profession. We’re technically well-equipped to succeed and are now looking for a fiscal superstar to help get the product into the hands of fiscal experts and accountants as soon as possible.
As a driven student in law or fiscality, you’ll learn first-hand about the newest technologies implemented in the field. Our models are general-purpose, so you’ll get a taste of their performance in every single area of fiscality. In a startup environment, you’ll be a jack-of-all-trades, contributing to many different areas as needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Curate source documents that are used as input for the LLMs
- Build a map of the Belgian fiscal data landscape
- Evaluate model outputs and interpret why the model performs well or poorly in specific areas
- Help label datasets wherever the models need assistance
- Work closely with the leadership team on a variety of tasks
Requirements
- You are in the later stage of your studies in law, fiscality, or a related field
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; fluency in French or German is a plus
- You’re a resilient self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
