Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging assets for presentations, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Create branded graphics and layouts for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and print collateral.
- Absorb and maintain visual consistency across all branded materials and communication channels.
- Develop typography systems, visual identities, color palettes, and modern layout designs.
- Support the creation of high-quality digital and print deliverables that reflect strong visual storytelling and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on the design of microsites, campaign assets, templates, and client-facing presentations.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Adapt visual content for multiple formats and platforms while preserving brand consistency.
- Work closely with senior designers and creative leads to transform ideas into polished visual concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful visual communications.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and creative direction.
- Stay informed about current design trends, digital experiences, and creative industry practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented creative culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, branding, or related creative fields.
- Experience working in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, editorial layouts, typography, and visual identity projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and digital projects.
- Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for modern visual design, branding, and creative storytelling.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital user experiences.
- Experience designing social media creatives and marketing campaign assets.
- Familiarity with presentation design, motion graphics, or web design is considered a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality creative output.
- Interest in branding strategy, creative direction, and emerging design trends.
