Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

The Noble House Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Corporate Marketing/Creative Team. The company owns, manages, or operates 28 properties across North America and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of designers to create on-brand collateral for property marketing teams, including digital, print, and social assets
• Develop motion graphics and video assets for social and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new seasonal and evergreen campaign concepts
• Maintain brand standards across all design channels
• Print design for onsite collateral distributed by the portfolio of properties
• Communicate effectively and confidently in presenting projects to internal and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a design role at an agency or in-house creative team
• Online portfolio demonstrating complete design process including project goal, concept development and execution
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Suite
• Deadline-driven with high attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of branding and brand consistency
• Experience with digital and print design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
