JUNIOR TRADER

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, grow sales with targeted customers, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and connect potential customers with the sales team.
• Provide business analysis support by preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, charts, tables, presentations, and reports to improve sales processes and generate leads.
• Aid with special projects related to documentation, logistics, sales function improvements, and process efficiencies.
• Manage the CRM database as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Internal JBS Trade knowledge strongly preferred
• Collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong phone and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Able to work independently and seek guidance when needed
• Able to perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
