Junior Technical Modeler

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels.
• Work with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work.
• Share the workload with project managers and engineers for projects based in the United States and/or India.
• Develop 3D models (required LOD) in Autodesk Revit structure, maintain and own these models.
• Create high-quality drawings with required plan-section-details, pick up drawing markups, etc.
• Use in-house developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement.
• Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards are a plus.
• Knowledge of parametric modeling (Dynamo) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications and experience:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture (Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus).
• For Junior Technical Modeler position: 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• For Technical Modeler position: 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent hands-on skills with Autodesk Revit structures or similar BIM tools.
