About the role
The Ash Lab in the Department of Psychiatry at UCSF is currently seeking a Junior Specialist position. This is an entry-level position to perform neuroscience research experiments, including EEG experiments, analyze data, write manuscripts, review scientific literature, present results, and contribute intellectually to the lab.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent degree) or at least four years of research experience
- Biology and neuroscience knowledge base
- Skills with electrophysiology
- Proficient in MATLAB or Python programming language
- Experience with human electrophysiology techniques
Qualifications
- Curriculum Vitae - CV must clearly list current and/or pending qualifications (e.g. board eligibility/certification, medical licensure, etc.)
