Junior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We're working with a leading technology solutions provider that specializes in connecting skilled professionals with innovative companies across various industries. What You'll Do

• Assist in the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and integrations under the guidance of senior developers
• Support platform enhancements, defect resolution, and routine maintenance activities
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business analysts and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules following best practices and platform standards
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment of new functionality

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of experience developing or configuring ServiceNow solutions
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies
• Experience configuring one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management processes
