Junior Sales Agent – Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

  • Aid in marketing campaigns and manage the company’s database.
  • Coordinate direct mail initiatives with the Graphic Designer.
  • Create marketing flyers and Offering Memorandums based on advisor-provided information.
  • Create postcards for new listings and sold properties.
  • Prepare meeting materials for presentations and distribution.
  • Collect and organize relevant information for various packages and multimedia items as needed.
  • Conduct research projects for advisors upon request, using both internal and external data sources.
  • Propose new campaign ideas and supporting literature.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and advisors in distributing marketing materials and updating listing information in multiple online platforms.
  • Maintain a binder of flyers and update them monthly as necessary.
  • Assist the team and advisors with desktop support during the buildout process.
  • Verify and update flyer data monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle correspondence as required.
  • Help maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
  • Comply with marketing standards and follow established processes.
  • Assist advisors in showing spaces and working with potential clients.
  • Contribute to special projects and other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Become a licensed Sales Agent with the State of Ohio.
  • Classroom fees for licensing will be covered by the employer, pending successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems and online listing services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
