Responsibilities
- Complete our 90-day Agent Launch program.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Aid buyers in finding their ideal home, crafting compelling offers, and successfully getting those offers accepted.
- Skillfully write and negotiate offers to advocate effectively for both our sales agents and clients.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into clients.
- Organize and conduct eight open houses each month, adhering to a structured schedule.
- Engage actively in team activities, including daily meetings, script practice, and client events.
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
- Utilize PLACE Technology to meticulously track tasks and activities.
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation, with a solid history of successful transactions.
- Deep knowledge of the Dayton and/or Cincinnati Ohio real estate market and its surroundings.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing client expectations.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs and business demands.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus to serve our diverse clientele.
- Team player, organized, learning-based, and growth-minded.
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, dedicated to superior customer service.
- Proficient in leveraging technology.
- Dedicated to continuous professional growth and upholding the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
