Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry reports.
- Prepare detailed analysis reports, including financial modeling and valuation modeling.
- Assist in developing investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Qualifications
- Cleared CFA Level-1 Exam
- Cleared NISM Level-XV
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance or any related field.
- Strong interest in Investment Banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and software like Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the financial markets and a desire to learn
