Junior Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
• Monitor key metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Auxiliary in budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, workforce planning, or other department-specific analytical activities.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Validate data accuracy and perform reconciliations and quality control reviews.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and business partners.
• Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant internships, co-op experience, or related coursework may be considered in lieu of professional experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with reporting tools, ERP systems, HRIS systems, financial systems, or business applications is a plus.
