Junior Analyst

This position requires:

• A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in technical support.
• Solid foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Additional requirements include:

• A valid Driver's License and up-to-date vehicle insurance.
• The ability to travel between several office locations.
• An in-office presence at least four days per week, with flexibility based on projects.
• At least two years of paid experience in Active Directory administration, including creating, deleting, setting access permissions, organizing units (OUs), managing accounts, configuring security settings, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), login scripts, Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and other relevant tasks.
• At least two years of paid experience using PC imaging software such as Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, and Filebot Ghost (FoG) to deploy images, write procedures, and manage system configurations.
• At least one year of paid experience deploying Virtual Machines (VMs) specifically in Hyper-V, troubleshooting mobile devices like Zebra Mobile tablets, Dell Rugged Mobile Tablets, Microsoft Surface Laptops, Microsoft Surface Pro, Konica Minolta MFPs, YSoft printers, shared printers, and deploying YSoft into Konica Minolta MFPs. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow for asset management, incident/ticket management, dashboard creation, and report generation is required.
• Experience with the City of LA's IT hardware salvaging process, troubleshooting and installing off-the-shelf software such as HyperV, Bluebeam, Adobe Professional, Office Suite 2019, 2024, Google Suite, Workday, Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, FoG, SentinelOne, Zscaler, machine tunneling, revoking and limiting access, exporting GMail emails and Drive information to PDF files.
