About the role
If you've got 6 to 18 months of sales/recruitment experience and a competitive edge, Oscar is expanding our Austin team and looking for ambitious individuals who want progression, big commission, and a high-energy environment.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll run the full recruitment cycle—building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and closing deals. You'll be:
- Proactively winning new business
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing offers and negotiating placements
- Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
- Building your own specialist market
Requirements
- 6 to 18 months in a full desk/360 recruitment position
- Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
