We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Background Check Required". That is substantive? It's a condition but maybe could be included in Requirements? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. Background check is substantive. Should we include it? It's not a heading but could be added to Requirements or a separate note. Since we have Requirements section, we could add a bullet: "Successful completion of a background investigation required." That is substantive. We should add that to Requirements. Also "Additional Information" includes benefits we already captured. Also "Link Solutions, Inc. is an EOE..." etc we removed. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. None. We must not include duplicated lines. Check for duplication: In responsibilities we have "Utilize social media and digital recruiting strategies to enhance employer branding and attract qualified candidates." That's fine. Check if any content missing: The company description first paragraph: "Link Solutions delivers reliable and effective Information Technology services to government clients in support of critical mission needs. By remaining at the forefront of emerging technologies, we provide innovative Infrastructure Operations, Application Development, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Cloud, Mobility, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics solutions that enable government agencies to modernize, secure, and transform their operations. If you're looking for a technology company that is helping shape the future of the digital landscape, look no further than Link Solutions. We leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver modern, mission-focused solutions that help our customers meet today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's opportunities. Guided by our philosophy, "Mission First, Customer Always," Link is committed to quality, compliance, innovation, and exceptional service. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated through our ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2022 certifications; CMMC Level 2 certification; and CMMI Maturity Level 3 appraisals for both Services and Development." We included a shortened version but we need to preserve ALL substantive information. We must not omit any substantive detail. The company description includes many specifics: list of services, certifications, etc. We must include them. Thus in About the role we need to include that full description plus the role summary. Let's craft About the role paragraph that includes all that. We'll combine: "Link Solutions delivers reliable and effective Information Technology services to government clients in support of critical mission needs.
