Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals
- Review applications and conduct initial outreach to candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in internal systems
- Follow up on documentation, background checks, and onboarding requirements
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding readiness by ensuring files are complete and accurate
- Track daily recruitment activity and meet assigned hiring targets
- Collaborate with Recruitment Leads and department managers to support staffing needs
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending follow-ups, and managing volume
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and spreadsheets
- Healthcare or home care experience preferred but not required
